- Incorrect painting.
In above cases, we provide either money back
guarantee or repainting.
- Money back guarantee - You can request to
refund the painting charge plus the actual value of
the unpainted figure plus 2 way shipping in case you
receive your figures damaged or incorrectly painted.
Customer have to send their damaged or incorrectly
painted figures back to us in case of refund.
We do not
refund until we receive your figures to our studio.
- Repainting - In case of damage or
incorrect painting, you can ask us to repaint or fix
& repaint (in case of damage while traveling) your
figures. We are bound to pay you 2 way shipping &
free of charge repainting in very short time.
